Voting Paper Transport Truck For The 2024 Election Experienced An Accident In Central Java, Authorities Are Still Investigating The Incident
Central Java KPU commissioner, Paulus Widiyantoro, confirmed the accident that happened to a truck carrying ballot paper for the 2024 General Election.
The incident occurred after the truck rolled over on the route between Semarang Regency and Temanggung in the Jambu area, Semarang Regency, Central Java, on Saturday, January 6.
The truck, which plans to send ballot papers to the Magelang Regency KPU, departed from a printing house in Bawen. Paulus Widiyantoro stated that the KPU Secretary was on his way to the scene to investigate the incident further.

However, there has been no official confirmation of the timing and chronology of the incident. Paul stated that further information would be submitted after the KPU secretary received a more detailed report.
The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Satake Bayu Setianto, revealed that the incident was still in the checking stage. Further details regarding the handling of the incident will be announced after the authorities receive an official report
