Drops Slightly, CPO And FFB Prices In Jambi So IDR 10,935 Per Kilogram
The formulating team for the price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) has set the price of crude palm oil (CPO) to slightly decrease by Rp69 per kilogram from Rp11,004 to Rp10,935 per kilogram in Jambi Province for the period January 5-11.
The price of this FFB is a price intended for farmers who have become partners of palm processing companies where the Jambi Provincial Government formed an extension through the palm oil FFB price task force in the regions.
"In addition to the cpo, the team also agreed that the price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) for oil palms aged 10-20 years had also slightly decreased by only Rp. 4 per kilogram from Rp. 2,449 to Rp. 2,445 per kilogram while the palm kernel was stable or still Rp. 5,438 per kilogram," said Head of the Jambi Provincial Plantation Service, Agusrizal, quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, January 6.

To maintain the stability of FFB prices in Jambi, the government has advised all districts to create a team to monitor the price of oil palm heads in their respective regions.
