Returning To Indonesia, YB Had The Opportunity To Meet Slank
JAKARTA - South Korean rock band, Yoon Band or YB is back visiting Indonesia. They are one of the line ups for the 2024 Golden Disc Awards which will be held at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), North Jakarta tonight, Saturday, January 6.
Before appearing, through the official Instagram account, YB personnel took the time to meet with three Slank, Bimbim, Kaka and Ridho personnel.
"I will maintain our friendship well. I respect Slank," YB wrote in an Instagram post, Friday, January 5.
Furthermore, the band driven by Yoon Do Hyun said that he would return to collaborating with Slank on a new music project.
"We'll make music together again," YB wrote.
"By the way, see you tomorrow! We will do our best!" he added.
Meanwhile, Yoon Band has collaborated with Slank through Shout Asia, a song contained in the Bajakan compilation album (2003). The South Korean band was also involved in the re-arwork of I Miss U But I Hate U.

For information, YB was known as one of South Korea's best rock bands of all time. Debut in 1996, the band driven by Yoon Do Hyun has performed at many of the world's rock music festivals, such as The Warped Tour (United States) and Pol'and 'rock Festival (Poland). They were also the first South Korean rock bands to host a European tour.
Some of YB's best songs include A Flying Butterfly, It Must Have Been Love, Nest Two, and Oh Fighting Korea.
