Aprilia Tests RS457 Version Naked, Has More Retro View

JAKARTA - Italian motorcycle company Aprilia is preparing more models to be launched in the near future. One of them is the naked' version of RS457 in retro style.

This is evidenced by a camerashot showing them testing the model with an open engine with a round front light on the Spanish highway. Another interesting thing is that the design of this motorbike was fully exposed so that there were no camouflage stickers covering it.

According to the broadcast of Motorcyclenews, Wednesday, January 3, Aprilia RS457 in retro style is based on the latest tubular steel frame by displaying a single front disk, the latest bodywork, and retro-style round front lights.

Unfortunately, the motor is still in the form of a prototype or pre-production, so there is a possibility that the design and components can be changed. Although some components such as exhausts have a rougher design with body conditions covered in black, details such as rear-view mirrors, number plates, and headlights appear to have entered the final stage.

It is certain that the motorbike has the same heart runway as RS457, which is a 457 cc parallel-twin engine that produces 47 bhp of power. The suspension itself will use the hospital's monoshock on the upgraded back.

Then, the swingarm section also looks different. In addition, a single absorber shock is operated on the right side paired between the swingarm and the latest subframe on the back.

The presence of this latest subframe is to accommodate the twin saddles that are longer, lower, and also the entire back bodywork and fuel tanks. Meanwhile, the front stage looks identical to the hospital, but this makes sense because both machines use 17-inch rims.
