JAKARTA - Set in a location in the city of Bandung, Arbani Yasiz must be able to speak in Sundanese which sounds natural. This was done for his role as Dilan in Ancika: He's with me 1995.

In the film, which will air on January 11, Arbani admits that speaking Sundanese is one of the challenges.

"Indeed, before the Sundanese scene, it was just an accent, but when he was here, Mr. Benni had a Sundanese show so that the Bandung was thick," said Arbani Yasiz in the Setiabudi area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, December 27.

Therefore, in order to sound natural in saying Sundanese pronunciation, from reading to daily activities, Ancika film players are required to speak in Sundanese.

"So when we read we chat with Sundanese, not everyday language, we get used to Sundanese, so we get used to it. So Pak Benni wants to be natural," said Arbani.

In addition to Sundanese, Arbani had other challenges that he had to face when filming in Bandung, which was criticized by netizens regarding his role in replacing the figure of Iqbaal Ramadhan.

"Language yes, Dilan's character yes, especially filming in Bandung," he continued.

"I was afraid that I would shoot and wear Dilan's costume, called Dilan KW. Thank God, they also support me, which made me motivated," concluded Arbani.
