Michelin Wins Power And Anakee Series Motorcycle Tires For 2024, Claims Many Advantages

Michelin Power 6

The Michelin Power tire series always aims to achieve a balance between encouraging performance and practicality, including a new series of 6 aimed at various sports motorcycle users. Michelin Power GP 2

Power GP2 is designed for supersport motorcycles such as BMW S 1000 RR and Ducati Panigale to maximize innovative performance, these tires are designed for circuit lanes, but can also be used on highways. Michelin said that this series offers a higher level of grip both on wet and dry roads. According to Michelin, the new Power GP 2 uses the same development tool as the tires used in MotoGP.

Michelin Anakee Road

Michelin's AnAKEe tire series is always about adventure and exploration. The new Anakee Road is specifically designed for adventure touring machines that drive long distances on highways. These new tires are also suitable for use on city streets for daily travel due to a custom-designed pickup pattern, and promise high-level grip on wetting and dry conditions, longer life, and make lighter. Michelin says that AnAKEe Road tires prioritize overall versatility and practicality.

Regarding its availability, Michelin Power 6 and Power GP 2 are expected to come in all sizes related to naked motorcycles and sports. Meanwhile, AnAKEe Road will be offered in ADV and touring standards. These tires will be available throughout North America starting January 1, 2024.
