Groundbreaking,/i> The Pakubuwono Nusantara Apartment In IKN, Jokowi: The Draft Is 10

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) carried out the groundbreaking procession for The Pakubuwono Nusantara at IKN, East Kalimantan, today. Jokowi said the concept of the apartment building was in accordance with IKN standards, namely the concept of green building.

"I am very happy because the development that will be carried out by PT Pakubuwono in IKN is to build a classy apartment that I know of. If we look at it in detail, the plan to build Pakubuwono Nusantara really fits the concept of IKN," said President Jokowi via the Presidential Secretariat YouTube channel, Thursday, December 21.

Jokowi admitted that he had discussed with the IKN Development Curator Ridwan Kamil regarding the apartment design. According to Jokowi, Ridwan Kamil did not provide any correction.

"Earlier in front I conveyed to Mr. Ridwan Kamil for the picture, a picture of the plan for Pakubuwono Nusantara 'there is a correction to Kang Emil?' He said it wasn't there. The value is 9, if I judge it's not the architect 10. This is very good," he said.

According to Jokowi, The Pakubuwono Nusantara is an international standard residence, as well as the concept of its environmentally friendly building.

"The Pakubuwono Nusantara has prepared two apartment towers. Monumental investment of approximately Rp. 1 trillion will begin soon and environmentally friendly apartment housing to create comfort and efficiency and present progress and innovation," he said.

Then, Jokowi officially started the apartment construction. He was accompanied by the Minister of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto and representatives of PT Pakubuwono pressing the bell for the start of development.

"By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, I officially declare that the groundbreaking of The Pakubuwono Nusantara is starting," he added.
