There Are Still TNI-Polri Personnel Violating Traffic, Vice President: Mental Revolution Is Not Easy
JAKARTA - Vice President (Vice President) Ma'ruf Amin said the success of the mental revolution movement was not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. In order to achieve that success, it requires participation from all parties.
This was conveyed by the Vice President in response to journalists' questions about the existence of TNI / Polri personnel acting inappropriately in the midst of the government's efforts to make the mental revolution movement a success.
"I don't think the mental revolution is like turning a hand. This is a change that is in a better direction," said the Vice President after attending the 'International Revolution Award for 2023' at the Vice President's Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday, December 20, which was confiscated by Antara.
The vice president said that there were still elements of the TNI/Polri officers who acted inappropriately. However, in general, he said that the mental revolution movement had progressed.
"That there are still (people who are members of the TNI/Polri who are not traffic orderly) yes, I think that's it. But there is progress, the movement is serving, the clean movement, the awareness is getting higher," he said.
