TPN Calls Ganjar-Mahfud Has A Program Directing 35 Percent Of Banking Loans To MSMEs
JAKARTA - Deputy Secretary of the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud MD, Sumantri Suwarno said the presidential-cawapres candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD had prepared a program to allocate 35 percent of bank loans for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
"In the vision and mission, the Ganjar Mahfud pair will clearly increase the allocation of bank credit by up to 35 percent to be given to MSMEs and cooperatives," said Sumantri in a written statement, Wednesday, December 20, which was confiscated by Antara.
Sumantri said this was done not without consideration. MSMEs have proven to be the national safety net in every economic crisis that befell the nation.
The sector also contributed a major contribution to employment, which was 97 percent in 2021. This also made the Ganjar-Mahfud pair emphasized that the government must provide affirmations to cooperatives and MSMEs.
Then in terms of absorption of goods and services products, state budget spending will be directed to provide shopping space for cooperative and MSME products of up to 50 percent.

According to him, this will improve the quality of the MSME business and cooperatives in terms of access to funding and marketing.
Alignment and affirmation of MSMEs need to be carried out to maintain the quality of Indonesia's economic growth by involving all components, both BUMN, private corporations, and the people's economy through cooperatives and MSMEs.
"Economic growth with a growth engine that involves all community groups other than being more crisis-resistant is also a real step towards an economically independent nation," he said.
