President Jokowi Returns To Indonesia After Kunker In Japan

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo and a limited entourage left for Jakarta after completing a working visit in Japan.

President Jokowi took off using the Indonesia-1 Presidential Aircraft through Haneda International Airport, Tokyo, Japan.

President Jokowi's departure was released by Japanese Senior Diplomat Ambassador Masaki Yasushi, Director General of the Secretariat of the Japan-ASEAN Special Summit Matsuo Hirotaka, Indonesian Ambassador to Japan Heri Akhmadi, and Defense Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo Admiral TNI Azwan Yusuf.

Also accompanying President Jokowi on the flight to Jakarta were Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Director General of Protocol and Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Head of State Protocol Andy Rachmianto, Presidential Military Secretary Major General Rudy Saladin, and Paspampres Commander Major General TNI Rafael Granada Baay.

While in Tokyo, President Jokowi attended a number of events, including a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, the ASEAN-Japan 50th Anniversary Conference (KTT), the Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC) Summit, and met with the Emperor of Japan Naruhito.

The president and limited entourage are expected to arrive at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta on Tuesday (19/12) in the morning at around 00.30 WIB after taking a flight for approximately seven hours.
