Blood Spots And Lie Detector Strong Evidence For South Korean Citizens Killing Immigration Officers At The Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment

JAKARTA - Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya revealed a murder case committed by a South Korean foreigner named Dal Joong Kim against Fattah Firdaus, an Immigration officer.

"There is a strong suspicion that the death of Fattah Firdaus was a result of a criminal act of murder committed by the suspect Dal Joong Kim," said Director of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Monday, December 18.

During the investigation of the crime scene (TKP), the police found traces of the crime committed by the perpetrator and his evidence, such as the DNA of the perpetrator and by detecting lies.

"He found bloodstains that were thought to have come from the hands of the perpetrators who were circularly wrapped on the wall, around the sofa there were lots of bloodstains, then also the glass that had been thrown," he continued.

The glass door towards the balcony was lost and it was found broken in a mess in front of Ruko A11.

In addition, there is blood which is the DNA of the perpetrator. Likewise, the door and sandals were found to match the DNA of the perpetrator.

From a digital forensic examination using alie detector test, the perpetrator was detected as lying when asked by officers.

Hengki also said that the results of the forensic psychological examination showed that the perpetrator was under the influence of drinking alcohol when committing the heinous act of killing Fattah.

The incident occurred at the Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment, Tangerang City. Victim Tri Fattah Firdaus fell from the 19th floor Apartment to shophouse 22 at the Metro Garden Ciledug Apartment.
