Third Report Theft Of Family Certificates Dino Patti Djalal Naik Investigation
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has upgraded the status of the case for the alleged theft of Dino Patti Djalal's family's land from investigation to investigation. The case is the third police report (LP) with the reporter on behalf of Yurmisnawita.
"LP 3, yesterday we conducted a case title, the result of our investigation is to raise it to the investigation," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Thursday, February 18.
With the status of the case that has gone up to investigation, in the near future there will be parties named as suspects.
Meanwhile, for the first and second LPs, dozens of suspects have been determined. Until now, the two reports are still being developed.
"The first LP for the TKP in Pondok Pinang, has 5 suspects. The second LP also has 6 suspects," he said.
Previously it was reported that the police arrested three suspects in the alleged theft of the land certificate belonging to Dino Patti Djalal's mother. The suspects are the perpetrators of the two reports.
"Until now, there have been 11 suspects from the two police reports (LP) that have been handled," said Kasubdit Harta Benda AKBP Dwiasi Wiyatputera to VOI, Wednesday, February 17.
Dwiasi also explained three related cases involving Dino Patti Djalal's family. First, the case with the reporter named Mustofa. In this case several suspects named Arnold.
"The suspect Arnold and his friends have already been sentenced to court in 2019. Currently he has been detained in Cipinang Prison," he said.
The second case with the reporter Dino Patti Djalal. The cases that were reported in November 2020 have also been handled. The suspects in this case are Mustofa and a colleague.
"The prosecutor has entered the research phase (file)," he said.
Finally, the case reported by Yurmisnawita in January. This case has also been handled with the investigation stage.
"We are currently in the process of proving through witness testimony. Subsequently, a case title will be conducted for further processing," he said.
