Kaleidoscope 2023: 5 Strongest Supercars Launched This Year
The automotive industry in 2023 was surprised by the many launches of the luxury supercar segment that has attracted the attention of automotive lovers around the world.
Several giant manufacturers are competing in presenting the latest supercars that rely not only on aggressive luxury and design, technology according to the times but also impressive performance.
The following are the five lists of the fastest supercars launched in 2023 according to VOI:
Lamborghini Revuelto
Launched at the end of March, Lamborghini Revuelto continued the legacy of Aventador, which was not produced. This model is the first car to fill the ranks of the High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the manufacturer.
The manufacturer with the 'banteng rampaging' logo maintains a naturally-assisted V12 6,500 cc engine on Revuelto combined with three electric motors and an eight-speed double-coupling transmission. Thus, this supercar can run from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds with a maximum speed of up to 350 km/hour.
Bentley Continental GT Speed
Before becoming a future luxury EV brand, Bentley launched the latest internal combustion engine (ICE) model in the 'Speed Edition 12' model last May, One of the models in this issue is the Continental GT Speed.
Together with Flying Spur and Bentayga, this special edition of the Continental GT Speed is only available in 120 units. This model is one of the luxury brands vehicles that carries a W12 engine that is highly respected in the automotive world, before the manufacturer stops production in 2024.
Speaking of performance, the luxury sedan carries a W12 6,000 cc twin-turbocharged engine capable of delivering up to 641 dk of power and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. According to the company's website, this car can run from 0 to 100 km/hour in 3.6 seconds with a maximum speed of up to 335 km/hour.
Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale
Alfa Romeo launched 33 special Stradale units last August in order to continue the success of one of the manufacturer's most successful models, namely 8C. This car is inspired by one of the most beautiful cars ever produced by Alfa Romeo in 1967 which is also named the same name.
This car has a twin-turbo engine of 3.0 liters which can produce up to 620 dk of power thanks to the dual-clutch transmission of eight accelerations accompanied by a rear wheel drive system (RWD). Thus, cars with exotic designs can speed up from 0 to 100 km/hour in under 3 seconds with a maximum speed of up to 333 km/hour.
Aston Martin DB12
Continuing the legacy from DB11, Aston Martin launched DB12 last May which coincided with the celebration of the company's 110th anniversary and 75th anniversary of the birth of the legendary DB model.
The car, known as the Super Tourer, is claimed by manufacturers to offer the latest experience and performance for Aston Martin and supercar lovers around the world.
Thus, this latest supercar is equipped by a 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 engine which can produce up to 670 dk of power and 800 Nm of torque. Thus, this model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in 3.5 seconds with a maximum speed of 325 km/hour.
Ferrari Roma Spider
Finally, the model from the manufacturer bearing the kuke gungkrak' logo, Ferrari. This Italian automotive brand introduces Roma Spider, a roadster version of Rome that uses a soft top made of light material.
Just like the coupled version launched a few years ago, Roma Spider is equipped with a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine connected to eight-speed double-coupling gigboks and generates up to 620 dk of power with the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour within 3.4 seconds and speed up to 320 km/hour.
