Injuries For Haaland Are Not Certain To Appear In The 2023 Club World Cup
JAKARTA - Manchester City's mainstay player, Erling Haaland, will not be sure to appear in the 2023 Club World Cup.
He also doubted appearing when his team competed against Crystal Palace in the 2023/2024 Premier League match this weekend.
This situation occurred because the Norwegian striker was still recovering from his injury.
Haaland was even absent when The Citizens narrowly won 2-1 over hosts Luton Town at Kenilworth Road, on Sunday, December 10, 2023.
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola said his flagship striker was under pressure on his leg bones. However, he did not explain in more detail about Haaland's injury.

Guardiola can only hope that there will be no fractures on the leg of the player. According to him, Haaland needs enough time to recover optimally.
"This is bone pressure. Just stress. Please don't ask if his leg is broken. He's not ready for this match (Luton counter). I don't think he's going to be ready for Crystal Palace (next weekend)," Pep was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
Although Haaland is missing this week's game and is doubtful until the weekend, Pep Guardiola hopes Haaland can recover soon ahead of the 2023 Club World Cup semifinals by 20 December 2023.
The Spaniard cannot promise when his mainstay player will appear. He still needs to further monitor the 23-year-old bomber's condition.
"Hopefully he can be ready for Saudi Arabia (2023 Club World Cup). Week after week will determine how he feels," said the coach.
It was previously known that Haaland suffered an injury when Man City faced Aston Villa on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
The injury he suffered at that time was quite severe, even Haaland reportedly could hardly walk the next day.
