BP Tapera Salurkan FLPP Worth IDR 26.32 Trillion Until Mid-December 2023

JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) noted that it had distributed funds for housing financing liquidity facilities (FLPP) worth IDR 26.32 trillion until mid-December 2023.

BP Tapera Commissioner Adi Setianto said that his party had distributed FLPP funds according to the 2023 target set, which was 229,000 units.

"Thanks to the good cooperation of all teams, channeling banks and developers as well as BP Tapera, we can achieve this 2023 target. This is a form of high commitment from all stakeholders," Adi said in an official statement received by VOI, Tuesday, December 12.

Adi detailed that the distribution of FLPP 2023 funds was channeled through 40 channeling banks.

In detail, of the 229,000 units that have been distributed, 228,914 units of which are landed houses worth Rp. 26.31 trillion and 86 flats worth Rp. 11.94 billion.

Ada 10 bank penyaluran tertinggi dalam penyaluran dana FLPP sepanjang 2023, yaitu dari BTN sebanyak 126.269 unit, diikuti oleh BTN Syariah sebanyak 35.205 unit, dan BRI sebanyak 22.076 unit.

The fourth position is occupied by BNI as many as 14,193 units, Bank BJB as many as 7,744 units, BSI as many as 4,360 units, Bank Mandiri as many as 3,343 units, BJB Syariah as many as 2,566 units, Bank Sumselbabel as many as 1,910 units and Bank Sumselbabel Syariah as many as 1,230 units.

"These ten highest distribution banks distribute 95.63 percent of the total distribution. The remaining 30 channeling banks distribute 4.37 percent," said Adi.

In the future, Adi hopes that there will be many channeling banks that are concerned in distributing FLPP funds and not only focusing on landed houses but also flats.

Moreover, referring to the 2024 RAPBN Financial Note, the government has again allocated FLPP funds from DIPA funds amounting to Rp13.72 trillion, principal refunds for funds that have been rolled out amounting to Rp7.09 trillion, and initial balances of FLPP funds as of January 2024 amounting to Rp230.97 billion.

Thus, the total funds planned to be distributed in 2024 amounted to IDR 21.04 trillion for 166,000 housing units.

Meanwhile, based on the Financial Note of the RAPBN Fiscal Year 2024, it is hoped that the contribution of the FLPP program in order to reduce the backlog of ownership of the house for MBR is 1.3 percent.

The contribution of the FLPP program from 2010 to 2024 to the MBR house ownership backlog is estimated to reach 7.5 percent.
