Police Arrest 3 Perpetrators Of Persecutors Using A Korek Api Gun In Gorontalo

GORONTALO - Rajawali Mobile Investigation Team (Resmob) from the Gorontalo City Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Polresta) arrested three suspected perpetrators of the persecution using a lighter gun in Gorontalo City, Gorontalo.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Gorontalo City Police, Kompol Leonardo Widharta, said the three men each had the initials IK (19), MA (17) a resident of Gorontalo City and ZS (19) a resident of Bone Bolango Regency.

"We have secured the three people along with evidence of a match gun," said Kompol Leonardo as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, December 11.

The disclosure of this case began with a report by two residents of Gorontalo City, respectively MFM (20) and MFI (18), who claimed to have been persecuted by three youths in the intersection area of East Wongkaditi Village, North City District, Gorontalo City.

The incident that occurred on Sunday (10/12) at around 05.00 WITA, the victim saw one of the alleged perpetrators carrying a gun, and was used to persecute both of them.

After receiving the report, the Rajawali Resmob team immediately conducted an investigation until Monday (11/12) managed to pocket the identities of the three alleged perpetrators and arrested them without a fight.

During the interrogation, the alleged perpetrator IK admitted that it was true that he carried out the persecution using a lighter gun. Two of his colleagues MA and ZS also participated in the persecution of the two victims.

"We have handed over the three suspected perpetrators together with evidence to the North City Police to undergo further investigation," he added.
