NTB Police Detain Brigadier TO Allegedly Rudapaksa Mahasiswi, Legal Process Waits For Visum
NTB - The Profession and Security Division (Propam) of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police (Polda) detained Brigadier TO, on suspicion of being forced against a student with the initials PU.
"Propam has detained the person concerned (Brigadir TO)," said Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Kombes Pol. Rio Indra Lesmana in Mataram, Monday.
Rio explained that this detention is part of the commitment that the police are not selective in following up on every public report, especially since this issue is related to the good name of the Police.
By conveying this, Rio emphasized that the handling of reports that came from the victim was still in the stage of fulfilling the evidence, one of which was waiting for the results of the post-mortem of the victim from the hospital.

This post-mortem, he continued, relates to the act that accused Brigadier TO of committing a forced action in the victim's boarding house, Friday, November 24.
If the handling of this report is revealed evidence that Brigadier TO has been forced, his party will impose strict sanctions.
"Even though it will not be proven later, strict sanctions will still be applied to the police. Because the person concerned is already married. His actions have tarnished the good name of the Police," he said.
