The Father Of The Killer Of His 4 Children In Jagakarsa Undergoes A 14 Day Mental Test At The Police Hospital, The Motive Is Still Being Investigated By The Police

Panca Darmansyah (41), the perpetrator of the murder of 4 children in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, underwent a psychological test at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Sunday, December 10.

The head of the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Brigadier General Hariyanto, said that Panca, who is also the victim's father, underwent psychological observations for 14 days.

According to Hariyanto, the results of psychological observations in the form of a letter from the statement of this psychiatrist specialist who will later be for law enforcement purposes.

However, until now, the police from the South Jakarta Metro Police are still investigating the motives of the perpetrators in committing their heinous acts.

"While we are still investigating (the motive)," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro, to reporters, Friday, December 8, 2023.

"Allow us to use scientific crime investigation in order to disclose this case," Bintoro continued.

Previously, Panca Darmansyah had been named a suspect in the murder case of 4 children in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

From the results of the case conducted by the South Jakarta Metro Police on Friday night, December 8, the perpetrator admitted to killing his four children by covering his mouth for 15 minutes until he died.

Panca killed his son alternately starting with the youngest child.

"Starting first, the youngest child, the victim's child, initials A, is one year old. Followed by the victim's child, initials A, who is also 3 years old. Then the victim's third child is 4 years old. And finally the victim's eldest child is 6 years old," Bintoro explained.
