Artique Objectz Offers Design Awards For Indonesian Community Gaet
JAKARTA - Artadia group inaugurated its new shop, Artique Objectz, at Grand Indonesia. With the opening of the first store in Jakarta, it is hoped that it will attract people, especially millennials and Gen Z, to like Design Awards.
"With this first store in Jakarta, we hope that in the future the Indonesian people can enjoy products that are difficult to find and not available in Indonesia, because we focus on goods or items designed that have won awards, and hopefully the public can like what we offer," explained Owner Artique Objectz Dharmawan Diani in a press conference session, Saturday 9 December.
According to Dharmawan, the market potential in Indonesia is still very large related to products or items that have received the Design Award International award because of the uniqueness of the design such as colors and different shapes like goods in general.
Dharmawan said he was inspired to open this shop because when he visited the Museum of Modern Art in the United States where there were so many products and goods that had unique designs and colors plus the Design Award award.
"So we found this concept when we went to the Museum of Modern Art in the United States and there were always shops like this that were funny, won awards, and innovative designs where the design had never been seen before, that's what we are trying to bring in Indonesia," he explained.
Dharmawan added that the Artique Objectz store is the first store to offer products that have a unique design and receive a Design Award. In addition, this store is used as a pilot project if it is successful, it will be redeveloped.
According to Dharmawan, his party is very selective in finding and determining the products that will be marketed in Indonesia in addition to having to receive the Design Award International award but also goods that have a unique design and the best products to market.

"One of them is Pantone which comes from Denmark, Pantone is the result of collaboration from copenhagen design with a paint brand pantone in America so that it collaborates to make products with unique designs so that they can be marketed in the world. As well as Joseph from UK who is already worldwide and has won a lot of awards where the design is very oriented," he concluded.
