Tesla Cybertruck Unggungli Rivian R1T And GMC Hummer EV In A 400 Meter Road Race
JAKARTA - Many criticized Cybertruck for too long in development, even its competitors who were together were announced to launch first such as Rivian R1T, GMC Hummer EV, to F-150 Lightning.
But Tesla's patience turned out to be positive because it gave them more opportunities to outperform and learn about these rivals. Recently, a Youtube account went viral when testing the toughness of the Cybertruck race, which was just launched against the Rivian R1T electric pickup truck and the GMC Hummer EV pickup.
The drag race or straight track race was held by Hagerty on the Sonoma Raceway track by presenting the highest Cybertruck variant, namely Cyberbeast, which uses three electric motors with a combined output power of 845 hp and a torque of 13,956 Nm. This car can shoot up from 0-96 km/hour in 2.6 seconds, with the highest speed of 209.21 km/hour.
Previously, reported by Carbuzz, December 4, Tesla's X account also showed footage of a Cybertruck branding Porsche 911 winning a 400-meter race against Porsche

As a competitor to this competition, Rivian R1T on paper has four Bosch electric motors that produce 835 hp and 1.234 Nm of torque, and 0-96 km/hour acceleration in 3.0 seconds.
Meanwhile, the GMC Hummer EV is the most powerful of both having three electric motors that generate more than 1.000 hp and a torque of 15.591 Nm with an acceleration capability of 0-96 km/h within 3 seconds for this tested pickup model.
The results were quite surprising, although the Cybertruck used mud tires but managed to win a drag race with an R1T equipped with a summer performance tire. The Cybertruck completed 400 meters in 11.0 seconds at a top speed of 191 km/hour, while the R1T did so in 11.7 seconds at a speed of 177 km/hour.
Meanwhile, the GMC Hummer EV, which is more powerful than the Cybertruck, has also been defeated even later than the Rivian R1T, which is 11.9 seconds at 170 km/hour. But this is quite natural considering the Hummer EV with a large battery weighs 4 tons while the Cybertruck weighs only 3.1 tons.
