Chinese Drama Duo Jiao Synopsis: A Businesswoman And A Mysterious Attacker's Love Story

JAKARTA - The Chinese drama Duo Jiao will be broadcast this week. This drama brings together Zhao Qing and Samuel Liu as the main characters.

Uniquely, Duo Jiao combines romance with martial arts as seen in the drama trailer and poster that were revealed ahead of its broadcast.

Duo Jiao is set in the city of Leiling, where women are highly respected and men are always placed in a lower position. A group of mysterious killers are determined to attack an inn.

Unbeknownst to them, this inn was bought by Lu Huaishuang (Zhao Qing), a reliable businesswoman.

The group of killers carried weapons but they were forced to choose musical instruments to perform as musicians. The group is led by Yue Qi Shan (Samuel Liu) who is obsessed with revenge.

Unexpectedly, Yue Qi Shan was helped by Lu Huai Shuang to become a skilled performer. Huai Shuang teaches Qi Shan a musical instrument so they are often together.

This makes the seeds of love begin to grow between them as well as the conflict that is in front of them.

This drama has 20 episodes which will air starting December 6, 2023 on Tencent Video. The latest episodes air every day.
