Erick Thohir Thohir Will Report Two Dapen BUMN Troubled To The AGO This Month
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir plans to report two problematic pension funds (dappen) at BUMN to the Attorney General's Office (AGO) this month.
Previously, four problems had been reported.
"The plan is that in December (2023) there will be two more (dappen) to be reported to the AGO," Erick said in a working meeting with Commission VI of the DPR, at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, December 4.
But unfortunately, Erick Thohir was reluctant to mention which BUMN could be reported to the AGO.
Even so, he hopes, with steps to improve the management of BUMN will be healthy in the future.
"So that later the pension funds will really be in transition for the next 3 years, they will be healthy," he said.
Previously, SOE Minister Erick Thohir submitted the audit results of four problematic state-owned company pension funds to the AGO.
The pension funds managed by the four SOEs are PT Angkasa Pura I (AP I), PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN), PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) or ID FOOD, and PT Inhutani.
The report is the result of an audit by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).

Erick said, from the results of the audit of the four problematic SOEs, it cost the state finances up to Rp300 billion.
"Obviously from the results of the audit with a certain purpose, there was a state loss of Rp. 300 billion and this has not been thoroughly opened by BPKP and the Prosecutor's Office," he said at a press conference at the AGO's office, Jakarta, Tuesday, October 3.
Furthermore, Erick said, the AGO has a commitment to resolve the case of the problematic SOE pension fund indiscriminately.
"Pak Jaksa Agung dan seluruh Kejaksaan akan menghasling oknum-oknum yang memang sangat merugikan para pensiun, yang di mana hari tua mereka yang tadinya cerah menjadi hilang," ujar Erick.
