AGO Confiscates Porsche Car Belonging To Suspect Alleged Corruption Of Bakti Kominfo Edward Hutahaean
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) confiscated a luxury sedan-type car belonging to Edward Hutahaean, a suspect in the alleged corruption case of the BTS 4G Kominfo project. Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) Ketut Sumedana said the luxury car was a 911 Carera S 3.0 L Porsche-type sedan. "Vehicles were confiscated from SMR as the wife of suspect EH (Edward Hutahaean)," said Ketut in his statement, Friday, December 1, confiscated by Antara. According to him, the luxury car was purchased by Edward in August 2023 at a Porsche car showroom in the South Jakarta area. "The price of the car is estimated at approximately Rp. 3 billion," he said.

In the trial of the BTS Kominfo case at the Central Jakarta District Court Corruption Court in early October 2023, the name Edward Hutahaean was mentioned by the defendant Galumbang Menak Simanjuntak, as President Director of PT Mora Telematika. Galbang said Edward asked for 2 million US dollars in connection with securing the alleged corruption case of BTS 4G BAKTI Kominfo.
