KPK It Turns Out That It Has Sent A Notice Of The Deputy Minister Of Law And Human Rights Of The Suspect To Jokowi
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has sent a letter to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) regarding the stipulation of Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights (Wamenkumham) Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej or Eddy Hiariej. The interim chairman of the KPK Nawawi Pomolango signed the notification.
"Yesterday I signed a letter. In fact, two days ago it looks like we sent it to the president," Nawawi told reporters at the Bidakara Hotel, South Jakarta, Thursday, November 30.
Nawawi said that Eddy would be summoned for questioning regarding the bribery and gratification case that ensnared him. However, Nawawi did not want to talk much about these efforts.
"I'm just getting used to getting used to it that I'm still committed to yesterday's rules that later when the press conference we will declare the status of the person concerned," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said his agency had submitted prevention abroad against Eddy. This step was taken on Wednesday, November 29.
