12 Students In Pondok Aren Arrested After Persecution With Celurit Then Posting On Social Media

TANGERANG A total of 12 brawlers were arrested at the Pondok Aren Police, South Tangerang. All of the perpetrators were students who were underage. However, their actions have left the victim lying in the hospital with severe injuries to his head due to the slashing of a sharp sickle type weapon.

The brawl incident occurred on Sunday, November 26, at 04.00 WIB. The victim who suffered injuries to the head was also the perpetrator of the brawl. The group of victims is known to have scheduled the brawl through Instagram social media.

Pondok Aren Police Chief, Kompol Bambang Askar Sodiq said the dozens of perpetrators had the initials MFA (15), SB (15), DRK (14), MF (15), RRP (15), MRA (16), FJS (15), MF (15), TR (16), RNA (15), DTR (16), BC (15).

"There are twelve perpetrators. Still in grade 1 high school," said Bambang when confirmed, Tuesday, November 28.

Bambang explained that of the dozens of perpetrators arrested, one of them was a group of Balepoy and Rumtul gangs. Because the perpetrators act as admins of Instagram accounts who make information from WhatsApp (WA) status.

"One person who is not part of the group, was arrested for making a status in WA," he said.

The former Head of Traffic at Soekarno Hatta Airport also said that in this brawl, the perpetrators divided roles.

"DTR and BC posted abuse of victims on social media and WA status," he continued.

The perpetrators have been taken to the Pondok Aren Police for further action.

"We are still hunting for the main perpetrators for the brawl that caused the victims and perpetrators of the brawl to be seriously injured. They are all in the case of brawls being victims and perpetrators," he explained.

Previously, Muhammad Rifqi (17) suffered a head injury. When he was taken to the hospital, he was furious in pain. Rifqi is a victim of a brawl between two groups in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang (Tangsel).

Pondok Aren Police Chief Kompol Bambang Askar Sodiq said the incident occurred on Sunday, November 26, at 04.00 WIB.

"The victim suffered a stab wound to his head allegedly due to a brawl," said Bambang when confirmed, Monday, November 27.
