Feeling Unacceptable Because He Was Seen, A Man Abused Teenagers in Pinrang

MAKASSAR - A man with the initials A (34) in Pinrang District, South Sulawesi was arrested by the police for assaulting teenager N (17). This teenager was beaten after he was accused of glancing when A was riding his motorbike with his wife.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pinrang Police, Iptu, Deki Marizaldi, said that this incident started when the alleged perpetrator rode with his wife on a motorbike.

At that time, the two of them crossed Jalan Melati Kecamatan, Watang Sawitto, Pinrang Regency. The two of them passed the victim on a motorbike. The perpetrator suddenly came to the victim.

"The perpetrator spoke to the victim, 'why are you looking at me', the victim then answered 'I have never seen you, after that perpetrator, A told the victim that 'Wattako tu' (I slash you)", said Iptu Deki to journalists, Tuesday, February 15th.

The perpetrator immediately hit the victim in the face. The victim did not accept directly approaching the perpetrator who was riding a motorcycle.

"Perpetrator A immediately returned to his motorbike, then the victim approached the perpetrator that why did you hit me and I have no problem with you. However, the perpetrator was angry and hit the victim again with his hand which hit the victim's face 4 times", he explained.

The victim reported to the police until the perpetrator was finally arrested on Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin, Pinrang Regency.

From the results of the post mortem, the victim suffered a wound on the left cheek, swelling in the upper left ear lobe, and a torn wound on the left ear.
