Rosan Roeslani Denies That Prabowo Only Sells "Gemoy" Gimics To The Public
JAKARTA - The head of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN), Rosan Roeslani, denied that his party only sold Prabowo Subianto's game as "President of Gemoy" to the public.
According to him, the impression of "gemoys" is not an idea born from the success team of Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. "It must be remembered, this 'gemoy' is now a concern and attracts the attention of young voters who are indeed the main targets of TKN. When the attention of voters is easily obtained, then his party will easily offer Prabowo - Gibran's work program to young Kaula.

"To find out more about Pak Prabowo and Mas Gibran's programs that have been stated in Asta Cita, of course we have to withdraw the attention of young people," he said.
Rosan continued, one of the programs promised by Prabowo - Gibran was to provide free meals to 82.5 million school students. Previously, the Board for Election and Democracy (Perludem) supervisor Titi Anggraini reminded young voters not to be easily consumed by the games of the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs, especially regarding appearances. According to Titi, in the discussion forum "Ngobrol Ethics Election Organizers with Media" held by the Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKPP) in Central Jakarta, Friday (24/6), the power of presidential and vice presidential candidates through appearances is usually used to avoid the idea and sharpness of the work program. "This is not an idol election that can only be approached with good votes, good dances, or personal appearance that is interesting," said Titi. He explained that young voters have different characters from other segments of voters, namely it is easier to be distracted by the physical or gimic appearance offered by the 2024 presidential election participants. Titi considers this dangerous because the space to test the ideas and programs of candidate pairs to young voters is getting eroded. As a result, Titi continued, the novice voters departing from the age of 17 years are only limited to the "noise field" that must be won by presidential and vice presidential candidates. The Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU) has determined three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates as participants in the 2024 presidential election, namely Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD number 3. The KPU has also set a campaign period starting from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, then the voting schedule on February 14, 2024.
