China Masters 2023: Relapse Injury, Apri/Fadia Withdraw
JAKARTA - The Indonesian women's doubles pair, Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti, withdrew from the second round of the 2023 China Master due to a relapse of Apriyani's injury.
The owner of the 2021 SEA Games gold medal could not continue the game when he was 9-16 behind Margot Lambert/Anne Tran on Thursday, November 23, 2023.
Apri/Fadia previously went through the first half without competing. The reason is, their opponent, Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi, was constrained by Visa so they could not go to China.
The loss of Apri/Fadia's trip at the Super 750 BWF level has made Indonesia now just have to hope in the men's doubles number.
