A Total Of 232,000 Vehicles Blocked From MyPertamina, This Is The Cause...
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga blocks at least 232,000 vehicles throughout Indonesia because it is indicated that they are abusing subsidized fuel oil (BBM).
"Until now, Pertamina has blocked nearly 232,000 vehicles throughout Indonesia due to data mismatch between MyPertamina and the Korlantas Polri and Samsat," said Pertamina Patra Niaga President Director Riva Siahaan, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, November 22.
This was conveyed by Riva Siahaan regarding rogue consumers who use the MyPertamina application to get subsidized fuel by entering different data.
Riva ensured that supervision and service improvements would continue, especially ahead of the 2023-2024 Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays.
The application of a bar code system to consumers who buy fuel at an oil refueling station (SPBU) will continue to be maximized. If the data is indicated to be unsuitable, it will be immediately blocked," he said.
To strengthen the surveillance system using the bar code, Pertamina also coordinates with the Korlantas Polri. For vehicles that are not registered or registered with the police, Pertamina will not register them with the MyPertamina application.
"What we serve are vehicles that pay taxes," he said.
Meanwhile, member of Commission VI of the Indonesian House of Representatives Andre Rosiade said that continuous supervision of gas stations continues.

According to him, the scarcity of fuel supply to rogue consumers is not only the responsibility of one agency. However, these problems must be resolved together.
Then, regarding the national fuel supply, he admitted that there was a difference or reduction between 2022 and the 2023 quota.
"God willing, the quota for 2024 will be 18.9 million. So, indeed the quota for 2023 is a bit smaller than 2022," he explained.
