Euro 2024 Qualification Results: Netherlands, Romania, And Switzerland Qualified For Germany

JAKARTA - Three additional teams qualified for Germany to appear in the Euro 2024 finals. The three teams, namely the Netherlands, Romania, and Switzerland. The three of them stepped into Germany after winning the Euro 2024 qualifying match, Saturday night local time or Sunday 19 November morning WIB.

The Netherlands confirmed its appearance in Germany after beating Ireland in Euro 2024 at the Johan Cruyff Arena, Amsterdam. Ronald Koeman's team won 1-0 through striker Wout Weghorst.

The victory made the Netherlands gain 15 points and in second place in the Euro 2024 group B qualifiers, below France (21 points). France has qualified for Germany since last October 13.

Greece, which is third in the Euro 2024 group B qualification with 12 points, is unlikely to catch up with the Netherlands. Greece lost head-to-head and only one game left.

Meanwhile, groups I Euro 2024, Romania and Switzerland got tickets to Euro 2024 after getting rid of the other four teams.

Romania won the match against Israel. Playing at Pancho Aréna at Felcs coveredt, Hungary, Romania won 2-1.

Israel took the lead through Eran Zahavi when the game had only been running for two minutes. However, Romania equalized 8 minutes later through George Puscas. Hagi's role made Romania turn ahead in the 63rd minute.

Romania had to play with 10 players because Valentin Mihaila was shown a red card in the 84th minute.

Switzerland had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Kosovo in St Jakob-Park. Switzerland's goal was scored by Ruben Vargas in the 47th minute. Kosovo equalized through Muhamet Hyseni in the 82nd minute.

Romania perched at the top of group I Euro 2024 with 19 points, followed by Switzerland who gained 17 points.

Their points are no longer possible for their competitors. Israel, who is in third place, only has 12 points with one remaining.

Still in group I, Belarus won 1-0 over Andora through Denis Laptev's goal. These two teams have only gained 9 and 2 points, and have certainly failed to go to Germany.

In the group D Euro 2023 match, Croatia won 2-0 over Latvia. The Croatian visitors' two goals were scored by Lovro Majer when the game had only been running for seven minutes. Andrej Kramaric scored his second goal in the 16th minute.
