Subaru Launches Sixth Generation Forestr For The US Market, Sold Starting In Early 2024
JAKARTA - Subaru officially launched All New Forester, which is the sixth generation of the SUV series. Unlike previous models, this car offers advanced features, more modern designs, and enhanced comfort.
The official introduction was held at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2023 which took place today. The car is available in five variants: Base, Premium, Sport, Limited, and Touring. The model is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2024 in the United States, as announced on the company's official website, Thursday, November 16.
The changes to the 2025 Forester began with a slimmer exterior design, while retaining the rigidity of its predecessor characteristics. The front of the vehicle has a thick grip that blends with a compact LED forward light, creating an integrated shield effect. The new fasia also features an updated Subaru star cluster emblem.
The SUV shoulder line that dares to highlight height and strength, while the prominent wheel arch emphasizes off-road capabilities. The protector of the bottom of the front, side and rear by finishing colors according to trim level gives an elegant touch of protection.

Moving to the interior, the car is equipped with a multimedia system on an 11.6-inch Starlink Subaru screen that can be integrated with Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. This multimedia system also functions as an information display center with a combination meter integration and on-screen control for audio, climate, and vehicle functions.
In addition to the large screen, Subaru offers a 7-inch Subaru Starlink high-resolution touch screen option that can be integrated with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as connected Bluetooth.
For safety and security, Subaru provides Subaru Starlink Safety and Security connected services, which include SOS Emergency Assistance, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Maintenance Notifications, Monthly Vehicle Health Report and Diagnostic Alerts, Stolen Vehicle Recovery Service, and Vehicle Security Alarm Notification.
In terms of performance, Subaru Forester 2025 is powered by a 2.5 liter Boxer engine that produces 180 dk of power and 241 Nm of torque, in collaboration with the CVT Lineartronic transmission which provides soft dental movement.
Premium, Limited, and Touring variants also offer manual transmission mode with steering steering steering wheels that blend with a benchside shift, giving drivers full control of dental movement.
