Vice President Impressed By The Jakarta-Bandung Tempuh 40 Minutes
JAKARTA - Vice President (Vice President) Ma'ruf Amin was impressed by the Jakarta-Bandung travel time reached in just 40 minutes thanks to the reliability of Fast Train transportation.
The statement was made by Vice President Ma'ruf after trying out the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train for the first time, Thursday, from KCIC Halim Station, East Jakarta, to Tegalluar High-speed Train Station, Bandung Regency, West Java.
"I feel very good, I have arrived here for a while. That's the benefit we are grateful for," said Ma'ruf, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, November 16.
Ma'ruf, who departed at around 09.15 WIB from Jakarta, arrived in Bandung Regency in about 40 minutes and was impressed by the comfort of the first high-speed rail system in Southeast Asia.
Ma'ruf also responded to various people's responses to the presence of transportation for the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train in Indonesia.
He said that since the beginning of the process of launching the procurement of the train,PORTash has become an alternative transportation that provides convenience for the community.
"Regardless of pros and cons, this transportation provides convenience for those of us who are active, like me or others. I think that's a good value," he said.
