Toyota Launches Crown Signia In US, Offers High-end Luxury
JAKARTA - After a long wait, Toyota officially presented the first Crown Signia model in North America. With the presence of this model, the manufacturer added a premium model and its utility in the market.
David Christ, as Vice President of Toyota Motor North America, said that Crown Signia offers all the capabilities that exist in the advanced Crown package model, so customers will like it.
This is the first entry in the SUV crossover category for Toyota's longest-serving brand and it shows how we continue to improve our design, provide premium quality, and bring Hybrid efficiency to a new and versatile direction, Christ said, on the company's website, Wednesday, November 15.
On the exterior, Crown Signia has a 21-inch dark gray metallic alloy as well as a 19-inch multi-spoke two-tone alloy option on XLE type. Then, also presented are the headlights and the DRL which is located near the geometric bottom goal.
The interior offers premium comfort with skin-coated seats and touch panels located in the center of the dashboard and an elegant finishing touch like a bronze-coated trim.
There is also a full-color driver help screen and a 12.3-inch touch screen with a Multimedia Toyota Audio system that presents various driver personalization needs. The comfort offered is even more complete with a JBL Premium audio system of six speakers for XLE type and eleven speakers for Limited.
Crown Signal comes as a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) model, meaning this car uses a 2.5 liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine with two 243 dk electric motors and has an efficiency of up to 15.3 km/liter.

Toyota Crown Signal comes with several color choices, namely Storm Cloud, Finish Line Red, Oxygen White, Black, and Bronze Age. The Japanese manufacturer will send this model to the dealers in the summer of 2024.
The presence of this model is also in line with Toyota's plans to launch 19 electrification models that will be sold in the US in the future, as well as part of Beyond Zero's global vision to achieve carbon neutrality.
