Prabowo-Gibran's Electability Wins In Survey, National Campaign Team: Proof Of People's Acceptance
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the National Campaign Team (TKN) Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming, Raja Juli Antoni is grateful that the electability trend of presidential and vice-presidential candidates promoted by the Forward Indonesia Coalition continues to increase. According to Raja Juli, the trend of increase that was taken from various survey institutions shows that the Prabowo-Gibran pair was accepted by the Indonesian people.
"Alhamdulillah, surveys show that the trend of electability of the Prabowo-Gibran pair continues to improve. It has not entered the campaign period but people's revenues are getting better," Raja Juli told reporters, Saturday, November 11.
According to the Secretary General of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), the good acceptance of the people is because the Prabowo-Gibran pair is a symbol of national reconciliation which was divided in the 2019 election.
He considered that the people were tired of divided, arrogant, and jumawa politics.
"At the same time, evidence of slander and blasphemy against political opponents against Pak Jokowi and his family is rejected by the people who are increasingly rational," he said.
Although Prabowo-Gibran's electability trend continues to climb, Raja Juli appealed to supporters not to be complacent with the results of these surveys.
"In fact, there must be party cadres and volunteers to work even harder to knock on the doors of people's houses and the doors of the hearts of the people. Convince Prabowo-Gibran is the pair who is most capable of continuing the good work that has been initiated by Pak Jokowi in the last 9 years," concluded the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning.
It is known, the Populi Center survey put Prabowo-Gibran's electability in first place with 43.1 percent.
The couple's electability far outperforms the other two candidate pairs.
"As much as 43.1 percent of the public chose Prabowo-Gibran, in second place Ganjar-Mahfud, in third place Anies-Muhaimin 22.3 percent," said Populi Center researcher Hartanto Rosojati in his presentation at Populi Center, Jalan Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, Thursday, November 9.
"We see a figure that is at least quite far between ranking 1 and ranking 2. This is the homework of each candidate how to maintain the electability of votes," he continued.
