Toyota Crown Will Debut Uncle Sam During The 2023 Los Angeles Auto Show

Toyota has announced its participation in the Los Angeles Auto Show 2023, where they will introduce their latest model for the US market, Toyota Crown, on November 14.

This confirmation is further strengthened by the release of an official image on the manufacturer's official website, Tuesday, November 7, featuring the rear design of the model. The inscription 'Crown' clearly shows the manufacturer's logo under the long lights, providing a clear picture of the identity of the model.

Previously, Toyota had released an image of the back of the vehicle at the end of last October, featuring the emblem of the letter 'C' and the label 'HEV AWD', signaling that this car is a hybrid variant.

Toyota Crown features a distinctive design of the conventional SUV, with a strong impression and a wide cargo space at the back, as well as a lightfront with a unique thin motif. However, it is likely that Toyota will make certain adjustments to meet consumer preferences in the US.

With the ensemble 'HEV AWD' being a clue, it is certain that this car will be equipped with all-wheel drive hybrid technology. Currently, Crown is available in the US with a 2.5-liter four-cylindrical engine integrated with fourth-generation hybrid powertrain technology, generating a power of 236 horsepower. In addition, there is also a newer 2,4-liter Hybrid Max variant, with two electric motors working together to generate 340 dk of power.

Although specific details have not been disclosed, the public will soon find out more when the 2023 Los Angeles Auto Show begins on November 17.

Toyota has in recent years presented various new SUVs and crossovers, including the Corolla Cross, Yaris Cross, Venza, Grand Highlander, bZ4X, and CH-R.
