Madura United President Achsanul Qosasijerat Kasus Korupsi, Keberlanjutan Tim Dipastikan Aman
JAKARTA - Madura United is confirmed to be in a safe situation and will continue to appear as usual in the 2023/2024 Liga 1 competition. Concerns arose along with the arrest of the President of Madura United, Achsanul Qosasi in connection with a corruption case.
Achsanul is a Member III of the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) who has been named a suspect in the alleged corruption case of BTS 4G Bakti Kominfo. He was immediately detained as a suspect at the Attorney General's Office (AGO) on Friday, November 3.
The arrest of Achsanul Qosasi immediately became a concern, especially with his status as President of Madura United. Regarding the arrest, Madura United Media Officer, Ferdiansyah admitted that he had received the news and according to him this would not affect the team.
"Yes, we also know about the news (the detention of Achsanul Qosasi) today," said Ferdiansyah when contacted Friday, November 3. "But when it comes to players and teams being safe," he continued.
Hingga kabar penangkapan Presiden Madura United ini beredar, pasukan Maur Totalcio Souza diketahui masih fokus melatikan jelang laga lanjutan Liga 1.
It was rumored that this case would have an impact on the situation of players who had to leave the club. But it was banned by Ferdiansyah because Achsanul's arrest had nothing to do with the team.

"Players are fine until now, thank God it's still training right now. Safe, none of that (players leave the team). It (the arrest) has nothing to do with Madura United either," he explained.
Despite the problems surrounding the president, Madura United currently managed to sit in 3rd place in the standings. Even though they are in a safe position, the team based at Gelora Madura Ratu Pamelingan is in a drought to win.
Madura United have failed to win in the last 3 matches with a record of losing twice and a draw. The rest only won once throughout last October.
