"I gave the money, because I really believed in Pak Julius as an ad hoc judge in the high court, but I had no idea who Rohadi was," said Jimmy.
Imran passed away in 2016, while Julius also passed away in 2018, and Sudiwardono is serving a 6-year sentence for accepting bribes in 2018.
Meanwhile, Robert spent Rp1.2 billion for the processing of the cassation. "The money I submitted through Julius was Rp1.2 billion," said Robert, who also delivered a statement via teleconference.
The money was handed over in stages, namely in December 2014 amounting to Rp.400 million, March 2015 amounting to Rp.400 million, and August 2015 amounting to Rp.400 million.
"The Rp1.2 billion has not been returned by Julius to this day," said Robert.
Apart from the Rp1.2 billion, Robert admitted that he also directly transferred Rp.280 million to Rohadi's account.
"Julius ordered a gradual transfer, in the end the total was Rp280 million and this money has not been returned," said Robert.
