Dewas At The Cianjur Pagelaran Hospital Becomes A Suspect Of Student Persecution
CIANJUR - Police have named Jamaludin, the Supervisory Board of the Pagelaran Hospital, Cianjur Regency, West Java as a suspect in the persecution.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cianjur Police, Iptu Tono Listianto, said Jamaludin was named a suspect in the student abuse case when questioning the Umrah agenda with officials within the Cianjur Regency Government which is accommodated by entrepreneurs.
"Previously, investigators had conducted a case title with the results of the recommendation of the reported party being named a suspect. We will immediately call again and examine Jamaludin as a suspect," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, October 27.
Tono explained that investigators are still scheduling the summoning of the suspect who beat the student who is also the Head of the Cianjur Alief Young Intellectual Network (JIM) Irfan.

The suspect Jamaludin will be charged under Article 352 of the Criminal Code regarding minor abuse.
"We will fly the letter of determination of the reported or the perpetrator as a suspect so that when undergoing examination his status is clear," he said.
Meanwhile, regarding the alleged case of Umrah gratification with officials, which is accommodated by a businessman with more than 100 participants, Tono said the investigation was still ongoing with the summoning of the businessman.
Previously, investigators had also asked for information from 12 witnesses.
"Dozens of people who have been questioned include immigration authorities, travel agencies and summon businessmen who are suspected of having capitalized on these activities," he said.
