The Bandari Bandarlampung Public Prosecutor (JPU) in reading the indictment of the former Head of Drugs at the South Lampung Police AKP Andri Gustam (AG), who had been fired from the police service, revealed the chronology of the defendants involved in the Fredy Pratama narcotics network.

"Starting at the end of August 2022 in the KM 0 - 20B area on the Bakauheni - Terbanggi Lampung Toll Road, the defendant Kasat Narkoba Polres South Lampung led the arrest of the perpetrators of narcotics trafficking on behalf of Ical with the role of courier carrying evidence of methamphetamine type narcotics weighing about 30 kg," he said.
Then, he continued, from the arrest, the defendant AG secured evidence, including a cellphone in which it was revealed that there was courier communication on behalf of Ical in the narcotics trafficking network Fredy Pratama alias The Secret alias Mojopahit alias Air Vag alias Koko Malaysia alias Miming which is still on the wanted list (DPO).
"The AG defendant then used evidence in the form of a cellphone belonging to the perpetrator Ical, trying to contact someone with the initials BNB with the aim that narcotics could be'safe' when crossing Bakauheni Port, South Lampung Regency," he said.
However, he continued, the defendant AG's efforts to communicate with someone with the initials BNB had not yielded any results.
"Then in March 2023 the defendant AG again led the arrest of a narcotics courier from the BNB network with evidence in the form of 18 kg of crystal methamphetamine and followed in April 2023 made arrests of couriers carrying narcotics of methamphetamine weighing 30 kg in a portable AC package packaged through cargo or expedition services," he said.
He said, after making a series of arrests of the narcotics courier, the defendant AG then sent a short message via the fuel application to witness Muhammad Rivaldo Milianri Gozal Silondae alias Aldo alias KIF alias Tomy alias Fito alias Fandi alias Faldi alias Roy alias Zulkifli Bin Yob Gianto Gozal.
"The message that was conveyed by the defendant AG was, 'I've been in South Lampung for a year but there have been a lot of big arrests, but there is no award, if this is the case, it's better if I just make money for the future," said the prosecutor following the message conveyed by the defendant AG on the indictment that was read out.
In addition to sending the message, the defendant also tried to contact and communicate with witness Muhammad Rivaldo Milianri Gozal Silondae alias Aldo alias KIF alias Tomy alias Fito alias Fandi alias Faldi alias Zulkifli Bin Yob Gianto Gozal and someone with the initials BNB with the intention of asking for a tah of Rp. 15 million per kilogram every time there is a shipment of narcotics that crosses Bakauheni Port, South Lampung Regency.
"On this request, a person with the initials BNB then bid for the wages or tah' requested by the defendant AG, so it was agreed that in the end it would be Rp. 8 million per kilogram for every narcotic that crosses Bakauheni Port, South Lampung Regency," he said.
