The Forensic Team Of The National Police Hospital Checks The Findings Of Head And Human Bone Skulls Found In Waterways
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Duren Sawit Police, AKP Indra Darmawan, said that the discovery of a skull suspected of belonging to a human was still being carried out by a post-mortem and a forensic examination at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Monday, October 23, evening.
"While it's just a skull and a kind of bone, it's just not certain for the bones of the hands or feet. Maybe from the forensic side who can decide later," AKP Indra told reporters at the location, Monday, October 23.
A forensic examination was carried out to determine the identity of the victim who was found to have become the framework.
"There were several bones and one skull. There were three bones. For what is clear is the skull," he said.
AKP Indra said, from that finding, the human skull was thought to still have a number of teeth. However, it is not yet known whether the teeth are still complete or not.
"Later, those who can explain from the hospital," he said.

In addition to securing the skull and other bones, the police also confiscated a t-shirt attached to the skull and bones.
"Earlier we secured the clothes. A report from the SDA officer informed us that the skeleton was wrapped in clothes," he said.
Previously, a human skull and 3 bones were found wrapped in a t-shirt in a ditch in front of DKI Kavling, Jalan Radin Inten, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, Monday, October 23, afternoon.
The human skeleton was found by the East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-Department (SDA) task force which was draining the canal.
