Ada 10 WK Migas Termination Yang Sudah Dilelang ESDM Selama 2023, Apa Saja?
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has conducted auctions on several oil and gas Working Areas (WK) whose contracts have been terminated.
The Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Tutuka Ariadji, said that by the end of this year his party is targeting to open an auction for three WK Migas Terminations, and continue with the offer of several other WK Migas terminations in early 2024.
"We have targeted 10 WK and we will offer three more at the end of this year and early next year we will convey it but for those who join the study it can be started to be done," said Tutuka, quoted Monday, October 23.
Throughout 2023, the government has offered 10 Conventional Regulatory Oil and Gas WKs, namely:
1. WK Akia, previously a part of WK Bulungan and WK Bukat who were previously nominated in 2018 and 2019;
2. WK Beluga, previously was a WK Octopus who was nominated in 2020;
3. WK Bengara I, previously WK Bengara I was nominated in 2021;
4. WK East Natuna, was previously part of the East Natuna WK returned by Pertamina in 2023;
5. WK Natuna D-Alpha, was previously part of the East Natuna WK returned by Pertamina in 2023'
6. WK Panai, previously was a Marquisha WK who was nominated in 2019;
7. WK Patin, previously a South Lirik WK who was nominated in 2018;

WK Akia, Beluga and Bengara I were offered the first stage offer on April 10, 2023, while WK East Natuna was an offer to Pertamina. Then WK Natuna D-Alpha, Panai and Patin were offered in the second stage offer of 2023 dated July 25, 2023, while WK Bobara, Akimegah I and Akimegah II were offered at the third stage offer of 2023 on September 20, 2023.
