Ganjar-Mahfud Volunteers Clean Up Garbage After Registration Of Presidential And Vice Presidential Candidates
JAKARTA - Ganjar-Mahfud MD volunteers from the Juang Community cleaned up trash around the General Elections Commission (KPU) Building, Jakarta after registering for presidential and vice-presidential candidates.
Assistant Mentor of the Juang Community, Bagas Bachtiar said this activity was carried out to ease the burden on the cleaning staff. At least 700 people were deployed to carry out cleaning.
"We help so that it doesn't get too excited," said Bagas on the sidelines of the activity.
In addition, the community from Central Java has a mandate from the PDIP DPP to clean up waste such as used food, drinks, and posters left by residents. "The cleanliness discipline must be maintained every event," said Bagas.
"The party's DPP wants every event to maintain a hygiene discipline," he continued.
To make work easier, this community provides its members with large black plastic bags. Furthermore, said Bagas, the garbage they collected and cleaned was handed over to the cleaning staff.
Previously reported, Ganjar and Mahfud had officially registered as participants in the 2024 presidential election on Thursday, October 19.
