2 Suspects From The Port In The PT AMG Sand Mining Corruption Case Were Handed Over To The Public Prosecutor
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) handed over two suspects and evidence of the corruption case of the iron sand mine PT Anugrah Mitra Graha (AMG) to the public prosecutor (JPU).
Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, confirmed the second phase of the delegation of the two suspects from the port authority.
"Yes, today the second phase of the transfer of the two suspects and evidence from the port authority to the public prosecutor has been carried out," said Efrien in Mataram, NTB, Tuesday, October 17, which was confiscated by Antara.
The two suspects are Sentot Ismudiyanto Kuncoro who served as Head of the Class III Kayang Harbor Organizer Unit and his subordinate, Suharmaji.
In the delegation activities that took place at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, each suspect was accompanied by a lawyer.
With the delegation of activities, the public prosecutor is currently drafting an indictment.
"When it is completed (the indictment), we will immediately register it in court," he said.

In handling this mining case, the prosecutor's office has named seven suspects, two of whom are from the port authority.
Both of them were also dragged as suspects because they were revealed to have issued approval for the shipment of mining material belonging to PT AMG.
From the prosecutor's investigation process, the shipment of mining materials for PT AMG in the period 2021 to 2022 was revealed without the approval of the planned activities and budget (RKAB).
As a result of the shipment, there was a state loss of Rp36 billion according to the results of the NTB BPKP audit. Sentot and Suharmaji are also suspected of being responsible for the emergence of losses to the country.
