COO Miss Universe Pretexts For Not Committing Sexual Harassment, Sally Giovanny: Fake Information!
JAKARTA - The perpetrator of the sexual harassment case committed by the Miss Universe 2023 committee, Andaria Sarah Dewia, was again questioned as a suspect at Polda Metro Jaya today, Thursday, October 12.
Accompanied by his attorney, David Pohan, Andaria Sarah Dewia is still adamant that the incident of sexual harassment that was stated to him was not true.
Hearing this, Sally Giovanny as the reporter and former Director of MUID Bali said that Andaria had distorted the real facts. Even for Sally, it is clear that there were many witnesses who said that the incident existed.
"Yes, the statements were all a lie. So this is like distorting the facts, you know," Sally Giovanny said via telewicara to the media, Thursday, October 12.
"Yes, it is not in accordance with the chronology. The victims have testified that indeed 30 victims of abuse were all opened and there were 5 children who were photographed while the suspect is now making the story as if it didn't happen. Yes, that means it's a lie, a lie," continued Sally.
Even Andaria also said that if there was permission given by Miss Universe participants to do a photo shoot without clothes. This statement was immediately firmly denied by Sally.
He again explained that 9 victims had been questioned by the police and provided information if it was done without permission from the participants.
"No. Nothing. There have been 9 victims being examined, all of them gave information that there was no consent, no permission, so they immediately forced them to be photographed and swallowed up," continued Sally.

Sally said that everything had been proven during the examination some time ago which eventually made Andaria named a suspect. He admitted that he left all legal decisions to the police.
"It has been investigated, it is the police who have named all of them as suspects, meaning that the investigation has been proven guilty, so the police have named them as suspects, meaning that the investigation into the investigation has been proven guilty, so the police have named them as suspects," said Sally.
"If the suspect has the right to evade, let it be later the police will determine the law," he concluded.
