The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police is still handling the case of Dito Mahendra, who was a fugitive in the illegal possession of firearms (senpi) case. Now, development is being carried out in the direction of allegations of parties who participated in hiding Dito during the escape.
"The Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri is still developing other suspects. Who are the other suspects? Other suspects who also hide DM during the escape period, yes," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Tuesday, October 3.
The closest people of Dito Mahendra who are likely to be involved are hiding. It's just that, to prove this, it takes caution.
Several factors must be met when determining the suspect who participated in hiding Dito Mahendra when he was a fugitive.
"Then we will check, of course, we must be careful whether the person concerned understands, understands, if brother dm is the escape sought by the Police," said Ramadhan.
Dito Mahendra was originally arrested at a villa in Bali, Friday, September 8. During the arrest, the police found another gun.
Dito's presence on the island of the Gods was said to be due to a vacation. However, no one else was found during the arrest process.
