Looking At The Conditions Of Jakarta After Moving The Capital City Through Exhibitions And Discussions
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Reinvent Exposition presents a seven-day architectural exhibition at the Filateli Building in Jakarta on October 1 to 7. The exhibition brings a green architecture view which is expected to be a solution to the upcoming challenges in infrastructure, buildings supporting public spaces, transportation or housing in the Jakarta area. This is considered necessary considering the transition to the new capital indirectly affects the social, economic and urbanization dynamics of the City of Jakarta. Challenges in the form of at least land availability, continuous architecture needs and the number of buildings or structures that will be replaced require an adaptive reuse scheme. The Jakarta Revent Exposition also invites the public to be directly involved in discussions through workshops, talks, panel sessions and open discussions between universities, as well as exploring Pasar Baru with a green point of view. For seven days, visitors will be presented with 20 programs, 24 speakers, 4 performances, all of which are both carrying out better missions for Jakarta in the future era.
