Junior High School Students Perpetrators Of Bullying In Cilacap Threatened With 7 Years In Prison
CILACAP - Two perpetrators of bullying or bullying of junior high school students in Cilacap have been named as suspects or children in conflict with the law. This indicates that the legal process against the two perpetrators who are students of one of the junior high schools in Cimanggu, Cilacap continues.
The two perpetrators, namely ML and MR, face up to 7 years in prison. This is because the Cilacap Police charged both of them with Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding beatings. This article was applied by the police because the victim with the initials FF was injured.
The police also charged the two suspects with Article 80 of the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law with a penalty of 3.5 years of coaching.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cilacap Police, Kompol Guntar Arif Setiyoko, said that his party had imposed multiple layers of articles for the perpetrators of bullying in Cilacap.
"We are layered with Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 7 years in prison," he said, Friday, September 29.
It is known that the video of the persecution and bullying or bullying by the perpetrator with the initials ML against his younger brother FF went viral on social media. The victim was injured and had to receive treatment.

Currently, the two perpetrators are still undergoing examination at the Cilacap Police Headquarters. In addition, officers also examined the families of the victims, friends, and also teachers. The examination was centered at the Cimanggu Police to make it easier for witnesses to provide information.
