SSPACE's Net Profit Soars Positively, Relys On Integrated Advertising Solutions
JAKARTA - PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) or SSPACE has managed to maintain its positive performance in the second quarter of 2023. The Company's net profit recorded a significant growth from previously recorded a loss of IDR 4.54 billion in 2022 to grow and achieve a positive profit of IDR 3.91 billion in the second quarter of 2023 as stated in the Company's financial report for the period ending on June 30, 2023.
The Company's revenue also grew strongly by 1,043 percent from Rp7.05 billion in the first semester of 2022 to Rp73.55 billion in the first semester of 2023. This positive performance could not be separated from the contribution of the advertising and management consulting business with the rapidly increasing Guaranted ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) advertising solution.
On the other hand, SSPACE's assets also continued to grow and recorded an increase of 297 percent to Rp239.12 billion compared to the position at the end of 2022 which amounted to Rp80.64 billion. The Company's equity also increased by 343 percent to Rp220.86 billion compared to the equity position at the end of 2022 which amounted to Rp64.42 billion.
In the future, the Company will continue to focus on optimizing all media assets owned in various transportation ecosystems, shops, public areas and retail areas as well as integrated solution services with 100 percent Return On Ad Spand (ROAS) released by the Company, so that SSPACE is expected to reach its full potential and continue to grow in the long term. Moreover, with the potential for growth in advertising spending in the coming political year.
The high potential for future advertising is also strengthened by data released by Nielsen in 2022, where Indonesia is the largest ad shopping place with a value of 19.2 billion US dollars or around Rp. 287.82 trillion and is expected to continue to increase significantly in the following years in line with the growth of the digital economy and business. SSPACE hopes to continue to expand the development of advertising solutions to various media ecosystems throughout Indonesia.
