Support The Government In Health Transformation, Infokes Launches 'eClinic Leap' Electronic Medical Record Application!'

JAKARTA - PT Infokes Indonesia launched the latest version of the eClinic electronic medical record service, namely eClinic Leap!, to support improving the quality of clinical services and digital transformation in primary health services.

The launch of the eClinic Leap! service was carried out by the President Director of PT Infokes Indonesia, M. Hanif Dinada, starting with a speech from the Directorate of Quality Health Services at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, represented by dr. Victor Eka Nugrahaputra, M.Kes., as well as Assistant Deputy for Health Services Guarantee of Regional IV BPJS Health, drg. Adrielona Siregar, AAAK, MARS, on the sidelines of the national seminar Achieves Clinical Excellence through Plenary Accreditation and Service Digitization in Jakarta, Saturday, September 16, which took place in a hybrid manner and was attended by hundreds of entrepreneurs and health clinic managers from all over Indonesia.

PT Infokes Indonesia's Chief Commercial Officer, Hery Purwanto, said that the clinic, as one of the primary health care facilities, has an important role in the government's health transformation program.

"Through the launch of Leap's version of the eClinic service! We want to help clinics throughout Indonesia in the process of achieving plenary accreditation, because the features available in eClinic Leap! not only meet the standard accreditation criteria, but also be able to improve the quality of clinical services in a sustainable manner," he explained.

eClinic, is a clinic management information system brand that has been integrated with many other applications in the primary health care ecosystem in Indonesia, including the BPJS pCare application, the SATUSEHAT platform owned by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and ePuskesmas network reports. Hery Purwanto said, during the system trial phase, eClinic Leap! has proven the results, user clinics have won the title of plenary accreditation.

"So we value the features of the Leap version in accordance with the demands of the quality of clinical services according to the prevailing regulatory mandate," he said.

Victor Eka Nugrahaputra, M.Kes said, his party really appreciates PT Infokes Indonesia for launching its latest eClinic service to support the government's efforts to improve the quality of health services, especially in plenary accreditation. Accreditation is one of the important benchmarks in assessing the quality of services provided by health care facilities.

"This accreditation process not only helps improve service standards, but also ensures that patients receive the best treatment. This is in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 of 2022, that every Puskesmas, Clinic, Health Laboratory, Blood Transfusion Unit, Practice Places for Independent Doctors and Independent Places Dental Doctors are required to accredit," he explained.

Furthermore, Adrielona - Assistant Deputy for Health Services Guarantee Kepwil IV BPJS Kesehatan also added that accreditation is a mandatory and mandatory requirement (feasibility test) for health service facilities (fasyankes) to cooperate with BPJS Kesehatan.

"We evaluate health facilities, especially clinics, before working together in health services, to ensure that clinics have accreditation standards that the government requires so that patients get quality health services. Clinics that are not able to meet these credible requirements, as a consequence, cooperation with BPJS Health cannot be processed," he explained.
