Densely Populated Area Houses In South Jakarta Burned

JAKARTA - A total of 6 houses in the Swadaya Gang on Jalan Raya Cilandak KKO, East Cilandak, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta caught fire.

South Jakarta Gulkarmat Piket Officer, Suhardi confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 19, at 06.20 WIB.

"That's right, the object burned down 6 houses. The cause of the fire is suspected to be an electrical short," said Suhudi in his statement, Tuesday, September 19.

Suhadi said as many as 20 firefighters and 50 personnel were deployed to speed up the fire extinguishing.

"Starting to depart at 06.22 WIB, localize at 06.45 WIB and declared finished at 07.18 WIB," he said

Suhudi ensured that there were no casualties in the fire incident. However, the loss is estimated at up to IDR 250 million.

"There are no fatalities. The loss is estimated at IDR 250 million," he concluded.
